SPEAKSHIFT L.L.C-FZ, based in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, U.A.E.

The platform enables users to connect through voice, video, and real-time

multilingual chat while prioritizing privacy, safety, and respectful digital

interaction.

Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

SpeakShift complies with:

● Apple App Store’s Family & Safety Guidelines

● COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)

● Relevant U.A.E. online safety and data-protection regulations

2. Age and Account Restrictions

● Users must be 13 years of age or older.

● Accounts found to represent children under 13 will be promptly deleted.

● In supervised or educational settings, adults may manage a child’s account only if the profile clearly states it is adult-managed.

● SpeakShift uses automated and manual verification methods to identify under-age use.

3. Safety Features for Minors

Privacy by Default

● Minors’ personal details (profile photo, phone number, status, etc.) are hidden from public view.

● Minors cannot be discovered through public search or contact lists.

● In-app safety reminders teach minors to avoid sharing private information such as addresses, schools, or phone numbers.

Contact and Messaging Controls

● By default, minors can receive messages or calls only from their contacts.

● Users can block or report anyone attempting inappropriate communication.

● Parental consent may be required for certain connections.

Media and Story Controls

● AI-based moderation scans shared media for nudity, violence, or other harmful content.

● Minors receive alerts before viewing or sending potentially sensitive content.

● Repeated violations lead to permanent bans and possible legal action.

Parents and guardians can:

● Manage contact and privacy settings.

● Review activity summaries and set usage limits.

7. Reporting and Support

SpeakShift provides in-app and email reporting options:
