How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter the email tied to your account. You'll receive a one-time code by email — enter it in the app to set a new password. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam or contact us at support@speakshift.ai.

How do credits work?

Text translation and unlimited messaging are free on the Echo plan. Voice cloning and video dubbing use credits, refreshed monthly on paid plans (Voice, Mind, Soul). You can see your balance and usage inside the app under Settings → Credits.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are managed in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Subscriptions purchased on Android are managed in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, confirm with the one-time code we email you, and your account and personal data are removed. You can also request deletion at speakshift.ai/delete-account.

My voice clone or video dub failed — what now?

If a voice or video message can't be generated, the app marks it as failed and refunds the credits automatically. You'll see the refund in your credit balance within a minute. If the credits don't return, send us the message timestamp and we'll reconcile it.

How do I report abuse or unsafe content?

Inside the app, long-press the message or open the user's profile and tap Report. For urgent safety concerns or child-safety issues, email support@speakshift.ai or see our Child Safety policy. We act on every report within 24 hours.
